Legit question: Does this mean I could try to get others banned by giving them gold?

Ex: I don't like player X, I trade him or send him gold by mail, he gets caught for RMT and banned


Hopefully they are banning both sides of RMT, the buyer and the seller. So, sending gold to get someone banned ...

My account says its current restricted after too many failed login attempts when trying to log into the game client. I was not using the wrong password as it was the same I used to log into forums and post this.

How long goes this last? Can this be reset another way?
