I support the proposal. We should ban level-up freezes. It's hindering the majority of players for the amusement of a few.

I received a fortune cookie quest at the Darkmoon Faire in Elwinn Forest. However, it sends me to Mulgore to complete it. I understand this is a bug and this quest should only drop at the Mulgore Faire. The Elwinn Forest Faire should also give a quest that can be completed in the same location.
