Moving folders can sometimes trigger Windows to lock them down as read-only. Right click your main OctoWow folder and select Properties. At the bottom under Attributes, look at the Read only checkbox. If it has a checkmark or a solid colored square, click it until it is completely empty/blank ...

The launcher is telling me an update is available, but as I click the Update button I receive a message saying "Error: aria2c exited with code 15" and the launcher asks me to click Retry to verify game data, but from there it loops back to saying an update is available.
