Okay, it seems like the solution was found. I just saw it in the world chat and it works for me like a charm without vpn. You should add the following strings into your hosts file. On Windows it's located here: c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts , I'm sure Linux users know what to do ...

127.0.0.1 localhost

185.165.170.59 normal.octowow.st


add this to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file with notepad runned as administrator

then go to CMD and write ipconfig /flushdns
