I'm also getting the error message about a DLL entry point error..
For me it actually seems to be caused by nampower.dll. As soon as I remove it the launch works fine via VanillaFixes.
I also don’t have any other mods (like no1600x1200 or dxvk) enabled in OctoLauncher...

I hope it's not the final ...

Patch 1.18.1 brought some serious changes to PvP rank progression system and PvP gear. There are now T1, T2 and T3 gears that are on par with raid equipment, with boosted Stamina and Resilience.......

I’d like to second that too!
To make the server appealing for PvP, it would be essential to have shared queues. That would definitely cut down on wait times (especially for low-level bracket)
