Hey. I have an addon called "BetterCharacterStats 1.15.3". It let you see alot of stats like hit, crit, spellpower and so on at your charater sheet.

Humans have an ability called "Perception". One of its powers is that it increase your Crit chanse by 2%, both melee, ranged and magic.

I think the spirit of the game is working together and learn the game. Level with adventurers in your LvL bracket. Boosting with high LvL players remove the core of this game. I vote to hardlimit boosting.
10 level higher characters should just not leave any xp at all to lower lvls in dungeons. That ...

No summoningstones

No teleport. Let people travel the world.

No. The game is a journey. Want to level fast, play retail. You can even buy yourself to not need to play the game at all there.

Do not make summoning stones summon. Hard line NO.

Do not make it easier. I love the game getting harder. It should not be a picknic. If its hard, talk discuss tactics. Improve the group instead of reducing difficulty.

Never ever do this game easier. If you think its too hard, start communicate with players around you. If you do not like to be social with others and gets irritated on the difficulty i suggest you play retail.

I like it the way it is. Goblins are more hordish and high elves are more alliance ish. I never liked when bloodelves became a race for the horde. It disrupts immersion. I think Turtle wow nailed this petfectly.
