Not really. I would be happy with that. The shamans that are OP anyways are the ele shamans and the purge CD does little if anything to mitigate their power.

Ele shamans require fast clicking, totem dancing, kiting and are definately not op - ele sham is caster using Bolts and Chains.
OP is enh criting wf from orange mace and enh spellhence tank shocking around.

Enhance aint op, they dont even wear a shield, just kill em.

Also remove 4 totems from 1 button or make it r5-6 talent for ele
