Dead by powerline

Hey. Im aware that this might be an odd one.... but i had my lvl 38 mage (Pusekatten) die due to power loss in my whole building. I havent really been able to play on him for a while due to the DDOS attacks, and when i finaly can, my area loses power. Is there any way u can help me out here? I know you probably focus on server isses when it comes to resses, but at the same time. I had no controll over this one. I would have had a clip to show, if it werent for... well, my PC shut down.
