Hello, each family member has their own computer, and we access the internet through a single router with a dedicated static IP address. Since August 30, 2026, we've been getting kicked out of the game. Please help me resolve this issue.

If it just kicks you out and ur able to login its not a banned issue, its most likely u getting yeeted like most people during ddos attack on servers.
