this has already been adressed several times

The PvP server is growing right now and we are happy with that, we also expect much more growth as the PvP realm gets more content. Adding 2x exp rates to a server that is already doing well is not something that we think is a good idea.

I am saying that the OctoWoW team's opinions carry more weight than the community on certain issues, this being one of them. We try to respect our community through open communication and working our ass off to make the best server that we can. People will disagree on what that looks like and we knew that from the begining of this project.

# Honor not awarded for two honorable kills (2026-08-31)

**Character:** Shemp (Horde shaman, level 60). **Victim (both fights):** Aluma, level 60
Alliance hunter, guild "For The Horde". Location: Burning Steppes / Blackrock area.
**All times below are SERVER TIME** (my local time is server +2 h); unix epochs included for
exact matching. Logged client-side by an addon of mine. GUID legend:
`0x00000000000086A4` = Aluma, `0x0000000000000663` / "me" = Shemp.

**Claim:** `GetPVPSessionStats()` (today-HK / today-honor counters, sampled every 60 s)
did not move after either killing blow. These were my first two kills of this target today,
so diminishing returns cannot explain it.

I just noticed the Dalaran rep npc doesn't seem to offer rep rewards. Can this be fixed?
