accidentally Banned / Ban Appeal

Hey, is there a possibility to know the reason of my ban? and is there a possibility to reactivate the Account?

There sure are a lot of people just randomly buying gold for their 'friends' without letting them know where it is coming from in the last few days.

Maybe I need better friends since none of mine are spending money on my gameplay. >:(
