First of all, I would like to thank you for your work; we can see that you are trying to protect us from RMT scoundrels.
At the same time, we are somewhat concerned about the indiscriminate and widespread nature of these actions.
We constantly joke on Discord—whenever we trade gold or items—that we could be banned at any moment on suspicion of RMT.
There are a few people in our guild who don't understand why they were banned; when we suggest they file an appeal, they reply, "I'm not going to do that—I'll just go play somewhere else."
Some people don't do this because of the language barrier, a lack of desire to spend time on it, and frustration.
With great respect, I’d like to make a cautious suggestion.
You announced improvements to the methods for identifying violators. I am confident that these actions will make it possible to punish sinners more effectively and fairly in the future, and with fewer errors regarding the innocent.
It might be worth considering a mass unban for all the players who were banned, since there was a significant number of erroneous bans.
—with the exception of obvious offenders of RMT.
In my view, this will not lead to major negative consequences for the server, as shady dealings will always eventually face justice and punishment.
