For this reason, the use of "non-default colors" is bannable, and the most recent update claims it's no longer possible to do. This guy consistently used the wrong shade of blue for his spam anyway, that's how you know it's the same guy. Sloppy.

Just as you cannot provide evidence of innocence (other than words accomplices, I mean guild members). Given absence of an octo-constitution and, consequently, the absence of an article about presumption of innocence, in this case both sides must provide evidence at PUBLIC appeal. But as one of representatives of this PUBLIC, I trust more to Octo-team, than to some random dude which create another topic called COME FACE TO FACE (forgot to add "you son of the") instead of just answer to Kestrel at previous topic WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL DUDE? Not even ask to prove with any tickets. Just by words. And after it kindly ask Kestrel to show there in post ip from which was logged in. If it's travel, it was public IP? Like from hotel or rented apartment? Not even personal data. Located at the same country where you traveled for? Great. In such case I even can said "well this dude really was at Amsterdam and IP from Amsterdam, looks like system really made mistake".

What I mean is, there's an error here. The reason I said "face to face" is that I wanted the forum thread to attract attention; look, they don't respond to emails, so I can post my private information there.

Absolutely response. In my case it took 5 days ofc, but not a problem.
