not everyguild HR's scythe u just keep repeating this because it makes u think ninjalooting it is okey ?, and GM should always intervene in ninja looting. just because u think its okey ninjalooting within ur guild doesnt make it okey. (we had both bindings of TF go to a pug in our raids on TA even both dropped same run and guess what we gave it to the pug that SR'd it. and same with scythes we didnt hr it and even let pugs SR it. so dont come with ur "but everyguild HR its normally so we can just fucking yeet it when it drops" (ask yapako, he got free TF in one of our pugs where all 3 legendarys dropped same run)

Upon consulting other colleagues, we will not interfere in this case of guild loot distribution.

Thank you GM

Like, seriously, the amount of time and effort that goes into making loot rules "fool proof" is INSANE. Full time job basically. But alas, in general, someone will always not read them to begin with, come and say it wasn't clear enough, play dumb, game the system, complain, call you greedy, poke holes in it, etc. Even if they are literally told to change their SR. If people don't understand loot rules or how a guild operates after being in a guild for MONTHS, that's on them.

its not tho, u saw he SR'd scythe and u started the run, so u were aware of the fact he SR'd it yet kept him in the run and didnt wait till he changed it before starting the run. u fucked up royaly.

Since the situation happened inside a guild we're leaving the decision to the master looter/raid leader/guild officers

To avoid situations like this in the future please:
- carefully check HR and SR before closing the SR list
- event creator on raidres site can set HR reserves and remove existing SRs, use that
- SR list doesn't match loot rules or you disagree with reserved items, don't start the run
- make sure all raid members understand and accept the loot rules

In case of a PUG run, the SR list will be proof of agreed loot rules and will be the key factor when deciding loot distribution, without considering any chat or Discord

"So a couple things aren't highlighted in this rambling of a post.
We had too many sign ups for the kara10 raid, as you were aware of. Juju, being one of the last DPS to sign, you didn't have a spot (not too mention an alt aswell). Juju you whisp Pinnen to ask if there is room (have his spot) to get some upgrades to be better prepared for the Molten Core we had coming up - Pinnen being the top person he is, said take my spot "hopefully he could get the boots and / or the chest before MC the next day to help him out with gearing".

Logs on SR sheet will initially show Juju SRing that (vest off Moroes), then he realized the SR sheet had forgot to HR the scythe, so snake like behaviour he changed his SR.
Note everyone was in voice on discord, as a lot of guilds do you know, be on discord in voice. It was picked up and officers saying change your SR or it wont count/be considered (through voice obviously).
Hence game written logs there isn't a whole bunch typed as we were all in VOICE.

No need to throw insults there in this recent post.
You do realise you rage at a lot of people in BG's, frequently AFK, rip threat bosses such as on Onyxia during pull causing wipes( 2 of the 4 on our first Ony night), don't run back as a ghost with others expecting a ress. But if you like your dirty laundry out. A lot of us actually liked and tolerated you, a long with putting aside all the whispers people spread about you."
It’s interesting how people can twist the facts.
I only AFKed in BGs when Goober and some of the other guys reported me, and I got a 1-day ban for it. I talked to Don about it, though, and he removed the ban.
As for Ony, I never intentionally pull aggro. It happened only once, when I asked for Salv three times and didn’t get it, and that definitely wasn’t our first run.
And I always run back from the graveyard as a ghost.
So there you have it — a perfect example of how some people can twist the facts just to cover up their own fuck-ups.

And how is any of this even relevant to the current forum topic? Are you just trying to throw more shit at Juju to make yourselves look cleaner?

I wasn’t in voice when you supposedly talked to me about this, so I have no idea what was actually said there.

As for Pinnen, yes, I asked him about a spot, and yes, he said everything was full. I had literally suggested in Discord that we put together a K10 and I even signed up for it, but as usual, there was no spot for me because SoM’s signup system is a fucking joke. You guys are more likely to take your friends or brothers than the people who actually signed up.

So yes, I asked Pinnen and he said there were no spots, but that he could give me his spot. I told him, “No need, I’ll go farm BGs instead.” You can find that in the chat logs or ask Pinnen himself about it. Then later Booty messaged me and asked whether I was coming or not.

So yeah, I can clearly see that twisting the facts is in your blood, and apparently it’s also written into the guild rules.

As for the SR, yes, I initially SR’d the chest, but then I noticed that there was no SR on the Scythe, so I made my choice. Why wouldn’t I? There was no HR, so I had every right to SR it.

As the chat logs show, you never actually wrote anything specific to me. I was simply ignored, and then you locked the SR sheet, which guarantees that you saw my choice. So who is at fault here? To me, that’s pretty fucking obvious.
