We are unable to block traffic based on IP at the L4 network level, that is upstream of our servers unfortunately. That is extreme, perhaps less extreme would be temporarily banning all the "AI" IP blocks. As a host I found Claude, I think it was, particularly braindead - hammering senselessly against client ecommerce sites... though it may have been the result of the new generation of "script kiddie"... a "prompt brat"?
I would love to have at the server but it sounds like you guys know what is happening and are doing the best that can be done for now given the circumstances.
