Are you talking about the Hardcore server? You can submit a death appeal and they'll revert it if it happened during the DDOS.

I hate to be that guy but if you are playing hardcore during a know DDOS for the last almost 2 weeks now, thats on you. You can probably still get ressed but why risk it when the servers been unstable for this long.

I also died and I don't want a rollback. Create a new character, which I also did, or go through the portal and transfer your char to a PvE or PvP server. With Turtlewow, it was like that the hardcore character could not be revived under any circumstances, regardless of whether it was a server error, a bug, or anything else. Here, fortunately, we still have the option of simply ending the HC challenges and continuing to play without them.
