Make AV Mined Again! PVP

I get that they removed mines to speed up the games — blah, blah, blah — and that’s how it was on Turtle. But we aren't Turtle, and it's time for some quality-of-life fixes! Mines were fun, and we need to mine Alterac Valley again!

What exactly do you mean? "Mine" has plenty of meaning in AV.

Do you mean Coldtooth and Irondeep Mines? These weren't removed.
Do you mean mining nodes? They still exist on Octo, nothing was changed about them.
Do you mean land mines? They have never been removed from AV, they just disappear when you kill land mines NPC.
