While we're under attack, the only things users need to know are that:
1. you're working on it
2. ETA (best guess is fine)
what exactly is happening should be on a need to know basis.
There is no reason for a user to ever know this information.
Updates do not need infrastructure specifics to be credible.
Would highly recommend pulling those details from public posts going forward to avoid giving attackers free ammunition.
