I think that right now, all of us want just one thing — for all of this to finally be over. We completely understand how frustrating it is to log into the game, experience disconnects, and have to keep coming back to a world that is supposed to bring you enjoyment, not frustration.
The past two weeks have been difficult not only for our players, but for our entire team as well. We see your messages, ticket's we understand your frustration, and honestly, we are worried about what is happening too. This is our shared project, our beloved world, and it hurts us just as much to see what our players are going through.
We are not sitting back and doing nothing. The team continues to work on the issue, search for solutions, and do everything we can to restore server stability. You may not always be able to see how much work is happening behind the scenes, but we truly are doing everything we can.
Thank you to everyone who is staying with us, supporting the project, and simply believing that we will get through this. We don't know how much longer it will take, but one thing we know for sure — we are not going to give up.
