You put ClassicAPI.dll into the OctoWoW directory folder, then just type the dll name into dlls.txt which is apart of vanilla fixesRemmsteil wrote: Thu Aug 27, 2026 3:43 am Do you put the ClassicAPI.dll in the Questie folder or the addons folder?
Sorry for the late response, you can download it via OctoWoW Launcher simply search "Questie-Octo" in addons tab and download from there all your need is ClassicAPI and VanillaFixes (to run ClassicAPI). Hope this helps!Hrafnar wrote: Tue Sep 01, 2026 1:33 pm How i install the addon? someone can give a step-bystep to a newbie?![]()
I imagine its because of the combined loading of classicapi functions and class callers on top of loading quest data (initial load has to search through all 5k+ quests to validate which said player has active and completed) you could just leave script limit blank so it can load the worst it would do is just freeze then crash but its up to you.Franciscool wrote: Mon Sep 07, 2026 2:30 pm Hello Blaststarx, I downloaded Questie-Octo but when I enter the world with a character, I get this error message that forces game closure:

I've isolated the issue to only the ClassicAPI.dll and Questie-Octo (and I run the game with VanillaFixes.exe):

Changing the script memory from 48MB to 100MB still does not solve the issue.
