Can I have a review of the ban on Rinlan, am fine to even have the account back only if tat is the only option.

I'm a bit confused... Why would there be any option outside of:
a) The ban is correctly applied, it stays.
b) The ban was incorrectly applied and gets reversed entirely.

Looking for a third, in-between option suggests to me that you don't believe it's B...
