Can't Login even using VPN , Help !

Hello , hope everying enjoying Octo, i was able to join the servers using launcher, but at some point, seemed like i was stuck at "connected" and couldn't join the server.
Tried using VPN , still not able to login .
Any Answers , Help ? ive seen a topic talking about Host and CMD , but then someone deleted (so weird)

Rold's reply is a bit unhelpful as it's unrelated but the connection to the TCP is taking a hit, login is unavailable with no current fix.
