Whitelist

Good Morning.

Benn trying to Whitelist myself since yesterday, i´ve taken pauses between refreshing and pushing the button, tried different hours. No way , i can´t add myself to that list. I´m stuck at connecting. If someone can help me i would be very thankfull.

I couldn't be added to the whitelist multiple times. I noticed that you need a static IP to add to the whitelist, so I turned my VPN off, still couldn't add to whitelist, but I've been able to log in and play all day, but not when my VPN is on. I don't understand much about computers and stuff, but hopefully this may help some people.

Try to add my Russian ip) without VPN, Zapret etc at this moment but I’m getting the same error in the text as many others.

Well i´ve managed to get in, my fault...i was using a loader that was bugged and could not get the last update. I uninstalled the loader, downloaded it again from website ,got last update, and now i´m . So it was my fault all along...

You can do this by going to the account management page on the website. As previously mentioned our upstream provider has strict rate limits on whitelisting IPs which we are unable to work around, so we are limited in how fast we can add IPs.

When i try to add my IP to whitelist and i get the following message:
"This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now."
Is it because I already made the request (im not sure if the acknowledge popup counts as a request)? or does it mean that i need to race this limit?
