How do i get added to the white list? i cant log in it just disconnects me instantly

As previously mentioned our upstream provider has strict rate limits on whitelisting IPs which we are unable to work around, so we are limited in how fast we can add IPs.

When i try to add my IP to whitelist and i get the following message:
"This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now."
Is it because I already made the request (im not sure if the acknowledge popup counts as a request)? or does it mean that i need to race this limit?

NVM, ive just realized the popup sends the request

I don't think this is true, my friend got a message saying "your IP is xyz in queue" when he did it. the error message precludes that, I don't think we are getting on the wait list

I tried to apply to the whitelist but it doesn't show me what position I am in the queue on my account like it did for my other guildmates. I can still apply for it again and again. I understand that there is a wait time but its been. A guild mate and I applied around the same time - 11pm EST on 9/15/26 and they got approved within 20 mins and I'm two days later with nothing and no queue position. If someone could let me know what the status of that is or why I seem to not be able to properly apply that would be great <3

I dont know if I need to whitelist or not, sometimes I cant log in and I have to keep trying over and over until I can.

Is it posible to manualy add an ip adress?, i can only access the forum via mobile wifi.

Has there been a solution for the "This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now."?
Because I'm (sometimes) able to log in but never go into my realm, i only get a screen where i can pick a realm, but i cant go to my character..
