Thank you for adding a bug tracker in-game
I suggest you also add a button in the "Help request" window, so the support window would have three buttons: "Request GM assistance", "Auto-unstuck" and "Report bug". I was lucky enough to be on and notice when the server message about the bug tracker broadcasted, but others may not notice it.
