Change the announcement on becoming 58 please

Dear Octo-Team,

I love playing on the server and it is extremely great. Only stupid thing is having a hardcore announcement on 58, but not on 60. I know Heroism is a hard challenge and deserves respect, but that is only a smaller part of the playerbase and not all the way. As long as you try to figure out how to do all announcements, I'd like to have the 60 one back, because that is always a big celebration in World and would be cool for everyone!

I think it should be level 60 announcement for everyone, and level 58 announcement as well for Heroism. I can't imagine there are technical challenges to implement this?
