Hello, I accidentally reinstalled my game client over a VPN network interface. After disabling it, my home internet gets an instant 'Disconnected from Server' error, while my mobile hotspot connects fine. Could an administrator please verify the network log flags and unban my residential home IP range? Thank you

There are no issues with installing your game client through a VPN connection. You likely need to make sure your launcher is on version 1.3.7 and then update your game client. If you continue to have issues let us know!

launcher is updated and game says uptodate, as soon i turn off vpn i can no longer login. goes from connecting straight to disconnected form server

Sounds like an ISP issue. Trying changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
