Is this company owned by George R. R. Martin? I swear, the hardware is constantly in an "on the way" status and each update is another reason for a delay and a promise that it's on the way. I love octo wow though, I won't be leaving

This is disturbingly common. Sorry the server only came with the round hole kit and you have square hole racks. Replacement parts are on backorder...
Sometimes the solution is a shelf, just saying.
