48 hours now not able to connect to PVP server.

I regret to tell you that due to your upgrade this time, 80% of the members of our union are unable to play the game

Kestrel, can we not start submitting our IP's to via email contact or something?

It would be very easy to weed out/nuke any malicious activity IF someone gets put on the whitelist and are of malicious intent, at least those of us genuine players can play until the main issue is sorted.

Is modifying the whitelist rule something you can do directly or have to raise a request with the supplier?

Thanks for update, I'll wait patiently. Good to know that others also didn't have a chance to sign in. Pity, because during weekend I was able to play just fine.

opened C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts in text editor as admin and added 185.11.145.254 octowow.st in final line et voila i'm logged in again oO

though to be clear. i was able to log in previously. so maybe it didn't solve jackshit and the time it took me to edit my hosts file reset the timer where they gave my ip another chance.. what do i know

So, I am a bit confused. On the status page, N'zoth as a realm is indicated as up. But I am unable to connect to the realm even though the launcher lets me through. It seems to hang forever in 'retrieving character information'. I tried switching realms and I *can* connect to the other two realms and start new characters there. Why am I unable to connect to N'zoth specifically? Can anyone tell me what's going on and if there is a way to fix this?

Close the game. Clear the WDB folder. Try again. It helps me when I get stuck at the login like that.
