"This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now." What does that even mean. Is it because I my ISP provider uses dynamic Ip's , or country of origin blocking etc. Or is the list just full and we need to try later.

None stop for 3 weeks I mean how much longer is this going to go on for some of us. Most my Guild is playing daily and don't understand why I can't get past the CONNECTED stage with a VPN or SUCCESS without one. Either way I can't reach the realm or character page. It's random when it let's me play. Once I d/c it's 30mins+ in most cases to get back in and that's if lets me.

Don't get me wrong I know your having problems, I support you and love the game. But I don't know how much longer I can put up with running back as a ghost or not making it through instances all day every day without been kicked out of game for 30mins+. It's not fun.

So yesterday I was able to play fine. Today you introduce this whitelist and I can no longer connect. I can't be added to the whitelist, every time i try i get "This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now. " So thanks, this change took the game from sometimes taking a while to connect to being literally unplayable. Home sick today and was hoping to spend some time ingame, but you seem to have made sure I don't be doing that.

Um, I dont get it. Where is the whitelist? I dont see any links? Do I just make a post here asking to be whitelisted or?....

Could this please be made a little clearer? What "whitelist"? Where?

I have a sneaking suspicion that most of you complaining are not cut out to participate in a private server or let alone use computers. It took me about 30 minutes to fix the login issues. You can use google's AI search results to figure out how to fix the issues, meaning even AI has up to date information on a forum post from a week ago. I find it hard to believe that people are just "cursed" and "nothing works".

Appreciate all the work you're putting on this server. Having IT knowledge myself, I can imagine how difficult it is to technically deal with DDOS, especially considering all the infra obfuscation you guys are trying to run.

Unlike other people, I have other things to do with my life during the outages. But just to be sure : Current working VPN connection won't be impacted by the whitelisting implementation ? I've experience some issue with my paid VPN provider but I figure, this might be only related to the DDOS, since during EU time, I can usually play without issues.

I am currently getting hung up just after "Success", on the login screen. Am I blocked from the server due to DDOS blacklist, or is the server simply getting DDOSed right now?
This issue has been occurring for me since last evening. However, it may have been ongoing longer technically. I simply only attempted to log in last night. Thus, I can not provide a tighter lower bound for the underlying problem's start time.
I have attempted to whitelist my current connection under the account management section of the website. So maybe I just need to wait longer for that process to complete.
PS.
It was working fine 2 days ago. So the realm list that others have suggested is not a solution.

UPDATE:
After waiting a little longer (for the white list process) I was able to log in. I don't know if that's what did it. But it seems to be that.

Edit : Also i was fine even with huge dc yesterday. Seems like the white list making things even more complicated atm
Edit 2 : find it ! but same issues like others, "this connection cannot be added to the white list atm , etc..." Help T.T
Edit 3 : seems like i can log in only on the PVP realm atm

hello i was playing for 2 days without major issue, but since 2am this morning impossible to connect to any server. i tried to add myself to whitelist but it says "This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now.". What can i do ?

I was able to play yesterday without much dc until server reset. I think that on top of the residual DDOS and whitelisting implementation, PVE realm is being hammered with people trying to login at the same time. Server status looks ok right now and I can connect to Hardcore realm so that's my guess.
