Remove World Boss in front of Karazhan for Hardcore

Currently we can not do Karazhan because of the world boss outside the entrance. It would be great if it could be removed. Would highly appreciate it!

This was suggested a lot on Turtle to move it to be over by the crypts or over by the entrance to K40 because Atiesh portal puts you directly on top of him if he's up, and I believe it was planned but never completed. Hopefully we get it moved before the Atiesh interaction kills a HC.
