Night Elf Racial passives

So since Nelfs have 1 retarded racial passive like Wisp Spirit which honestly is there just to troll them (+ completely useless in HC) maybe their other racials can be upgraded a bit as Blizz did them themselves.
Shadowmeld to be upgraded to its WotLK version that can break combat.
or if that is too much
Quickness --> 2%
or maybe replace Wisp Spirit
with Touch of Elune
