About the constant crashing, why are you keeping quiet ? Why not just let us know what is happening and that you are working on it?

They did, but they said it in-game. Discord bot captured it. No official announcement on forums about it so far:

<GM> [Archer]: We were DDoS'ed by an unkown party. The DDoS mixed with thousands of people trying to loggin made it a little difficult for us to get access back, but we are so back
<GM> [Archer]: No doubt a basement dwelling gnome somewhere
<GM> [Archer]: We do not use cloudflare but do have DDoS protection. But that only does so much. We have taken measures so this specific attack cant happen again
