Elemental Shaman Pre Bis

Was wondering if anyone had a list for elemental shaman. I am new to this and dont know what to look for.

If you browse the raid logs site, you can get a good idea of what Ele shams have been going into K10, MC, and Ony with. Some slots are pretty flexible, others less so, for example trinkets your Eye of the Beast will be bis for a while. In general, you want spell power, spell hit, and spell crit (for more clearcasting procs). Haste isn't bad either.

Do you know of sheets like this with BIS per phase for other sham specs? Most of these sheets are either pre-Phase 1 or for Naxx/K40
