Died to extreme Lag again

Requesting ressurection from DDoS... i realize i am under 20, but this was my main. Im posting on here because i cant appeal under 20. When I DCd, i was jumping... then logged back in somehow really fast, but my toon was already dead, weirdly fast. there is no way he died that quick. the nearest mob was 3 levels under my character. Please help me by reviving my toon.

His name was Merkocet. lvl 15

I was watching him on Discord shared screen, and I saw him Disconnect, and he immediately logged back in, and he was dead. It happened during a surge of Lag deaths, and although he isn't 20 yet, that is his main and he lost a lot of motivation to keep playing because he just started right in the midst of the DDOS stuff.

He cannot post the appeal to the Death Appeals due to being lower than 20, however I feel maybe the Devs can clearly see a surge of DDOS deaths and are willing to overwrite all rules, except level 20 being a bit hammering towards players who recently started enjoying Octowow but are also experiencing the DDOS issues.
