Forced quickloot that I cannot get rid of

Hello.
Yesterday something weird changed and my game now shift clicks all interactions with NPCs (it is not sticky keys from windows, have checked). Have no idea what is causing this and it is driving me up the wall, anyone know what is causing this and how to remove it?
