Can't receive emails on Proton.me / protonmail.com

Hello,
I was not able to retrieve my former account
>> Tried to reset the password a lot of times but no email received
So I created another one with a different email but still Proton
>> Successful but still can't receive the activation email
Checked the inbox, refreshed, checked spam, nothing nowhere.
Can you please help?
