Starting over...

I made an account a while back and leveled only a bit...but i am not getting the password reset emails. Seems to not work for password reset, Ive created this account and did not get the account activation email either. I hope I can still play without activating the account through the email?
anyway ..any suggestions on getting my old account would be great, I have the email and account name..

Did you check junk/ spam or promotions? Some email clients are notorious for miscategorization... Just a thought.

Here's a thread of Kestrel describing some email issues that they've been having and that it should be resolved soon. Maybe try requesting again today and if it doesn't work it'll likely be good by tomorrow.
