For any one with this problem after last update:

Atlas-CFM addon is causing it.

Nope, that's turned off and it shows a few more but doesn't show 'grey' skill up items. I still need those as components for skill up items.

In fact with ALL addons disabled, grey items are still not showing.

I only have First Aid, but disabling atlas fixed that for me and several others at least.
