Hello GM/Staff,

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding the email address currently registered to my OctoWoW account.

Unfortunately, the Gmail account linked to my OctoWoW account has been locked, and I no longer have any access to it. The Gmail account was also compromised, which makes me very concerned about the security of my OctoWoW account.

Since I can no longer access the old email, I am worried that my OctoWoW account could potentially be affected as well. I am afraid that if someone gains access to the old email or uses information from it, I could eventually lose access to my OctoWoW account and no longer be able to play.

I would therefore like to kindly request assistance from the GM/Staff team to change the registered email address on my account to a new, secure email address.

For security reasons, I will provide the old and new email addresses privately to a GM/Staff member rather than posting them publicly.

I also still have the original recovery keyword associated with the account. I am willing to provide the recovery keyword privately to the GM/Staff team if it is required for ownership verification.

In addition, I have a screenshot that I previously saved from the original account creation email. I can provide this as additional evidence if necessary.

I am the rightful owner of this account and I am fully willing to cooperate with any verification process required by the staff. I can provide additional non-sensitive account information to help verify my ownership.

My main concern is simply to make sure that my account remains secure. Since my original Gmail account is now locked and compromised, I would really appreciate your help in updating the registered email before this situation potentially affects my ability to access and play my OctoWoW account.

Please let me know if I should provide the recovery keyword, old email, new email, or any other verification information privately to a GM/Staff member.

I would also like to mention that I have already sent an email regarding this issue to octowow@proton.me, but I have not received a response yet.

I completely understand that the GM/Staff team may need some time to review account-related requests, and I sincerely appreciate your time and effort in handling these matters.

I am posting this follow-up here because I am quite concerned about the security of my account. Since my old Gmail account is currently locked and I no longer have access to it, I would really appreciate it if someone from the GM/Staff team could review my request when possible.

As mentioned in my original post, I still have the original recovery keyword and other information that can be provided privately if needed to verify my ownership.

I am not trying to rush the process. I simply want to make sure that my account remains secure and that I do not lose access to it because of the issue with my old email.
