Hunter pet quest

lvl 10 Hunter here, I am not seeing the quest to obtain pet from trainers. Is this a bug or just me?
Never mind, I found the trainer that gives the quest, does not help that the guard in Goldshire points you to the city for training when there is a trainer behind the forge that gives the quest.
