Account Locked out after last crash

My account says its current restricted after too many failed login attempts when trying to log into the game client. I was not using the wrong password as it was the same I used to log into forums and post this.
How long goes this last? Can this be reset another way?

Getting same issue, haven't logged in 2-3 days and now i got this.

there was a reset and the ban hammer went to town, you weren't doing RMT were you
