Whitelist

It is important that everyone who wants to use this feature understand what it is and is not. This is a white list for one of our upstream protection providers that filters traffic before it reaches our servers. This is NOT a work around for everyone to avoid being affected by the DDoSes.
This only white lists your IP to prevent your traffic from being automatically blocked upstream. If you are able to get into the game right now this whitelist will not help you at all.
This is to help those who are able to get past the log in screen, but are unable to connect to one or any of the world realms. If this is what you are experiencing, please whitelist yourself and wait for your IP to be added to the white list. You can do this by going to the account management page on the website. As previously mentioned our upstream provider has strict rate limits on whitelisting IPs which we are unable to work around, so we are limited in how fast we can add IPs.
P.S. it may take up to 30 minutes for the white list to take affect after your IP has been sent to the provider.

Yep! Worked for me too.
Somewhat related note: For anyone that can't even make it through the initial authentication. My ISP router likes to flag FlockiNET IPs as malware and block them. I have to remove it from the auto block list every time it changes. When my ISP blocks it, I can't even get to the point where being white listed helps. It goes from "Connecting..." straight to "Disconnected from server" at authentication. So if you can't even make it to the "logging into game server" message, then take a look to see if FlockiNET IPs are being auto blocked by any security apps or features your ISP or Router might have.

Hello thank you for the update. this is indeed a good idea but I have a question. I use a cellular connection to play the game. cellular connections don't have fixed IP. Can I whitelist my IP each time it changes by removing the old one and adding the new one?
Edit: By cellular connection I mean mobile Internet. Dynamic IP of mobile internet hotspot.

Appreciate everything! I know its lame to have constant DDoS attackers on one side, and frustration from the community on the other side. But a lot of us appreciate what you're doing!

I'm afraid I'm still locked out N'Zoth despite the whitelist.
