Perhaps remove such cosmetics to from the donation shop and over time tie them to a good quests, like retail WoW did with the green fire warlock quest (during MoP I believe). A great form of horisontal progression.

What do you reckon is offered in the Donation Shop to encourage donating, and subsequently supporting the upkeep and continued development of OctoWoW?

Well you can buy direct gameplay enhancements in the donation shop, so that, I would think.

The whole thing is that Donation Shop offers only glyphs for druids...
