<In your hand is the broken Bloodstone Pendant used by Ighal’for, disciple of the deranged Cho’gall, to summon the abhorrent beholder Mergothid into Azeroth. The wounds of the fierce battle against the demon are still strewn across your body. Blood runs down your arm onto your palm. Suddenly, the pendant shakes violently, letting out a twisted shriek while drawing in the red liquid. Shortly after, the blood is gone - and the pendant starts pulsating.
