Calm the pearl and return to Hydromancer Finnigan in the SI:7 Outpost on Balor afterwards.
Description
<Finnigan places the reagents on the table in front of him. Reciting spells written in his old journal, you can feel the air crackling with faint energy around the crystal you recovered in Stranglethorn Vale. It begins to glow in various hues of blue, shifting between darkness and bright light. With one last movement of his hands, the hydromancer finishes the sorcery and the crystal lies now still, hummin in perfect harmony.>
It is done. Quickly, take the crystal and hold it near the shattered pearl, on the northwestern islands. The crystal's own harmonious energy should be enough to soothe the pearl's raging energy. Beware of what might happen; tidal magic is unpredictable and untamed.

All of this is more than puzzling, yet the situation calls for action, not speculation.

Naga, you say?! This is truly bad news. If these slithering demons are behind this phenomenon, then I dare not think what their true intentions are. For now we have thwarted their ambitions. However, I do wonder, has this pearl been here all along? If so, was it always broken? And if not, why was it brought here; and by whom? The naga or the murlocs? Many unanswered questions still lie before us and none of them seem to be easily answered. Either way, I must thank you for your assistance. Our findings today helped me gain a better understanding of Balor's unending storm. Once I return to Davenburg, I will send notice to the Council of Tides in Boralus about the pearl, as well as the naga's involvement in all of this. With their ongoing incursions onto Kul Tiras, I am afraid this won't be the last we've seen of them.
