Can confirm the OctoWoW client after WMIC installation is working. Therefore, here are the steps of how to add this feature back:

1. Open Settings → Optional Features
2. Click “Add a feature”
3. Search for:
WMIC
4. Install
5. Wait patiently for the message "Installed" and then and only then, close ...

Yea I too downloaded the client, chose the desired path where it should be installed, but upon clicking "Install" it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I think the best way for now is to download the client from TWOW if it's still doable, updating everything, then going back to the Octo client ...
