Ban him again and take back the coins, its fully deserved. Also ban his other account if he has any shaman toons.

Same thing every day - BG's full of this broken class that comes as 3 in 1.

Why should anyone play a mage or warrior or priest when he can be a shaman 3 in 1 - be a tanky self healing warrior that does higher spell dmg burst then mages do?
