As far as I understand, there is no answer to the question of whether they are actually working on this.

I died in a fall while running in the mountains, and my sword slid from my back to my waist.

I bought a stone with a 30-minute cooldown from the shop, and every time I teleport, my transmog completely disappears. I have to restart the game to get it back—and I have to do this constantly... it’s incredibly annoying. On top of that, I spent 24 tokens in just 10 days just to move my one-handed ...

It’s been six days already. Can anyone say why the NPCs in charge of the guild bank in the capital cities are inactive?

Another update—and my sword shifted from my back to my belt...

Now I have a new problem: after teleporting to the tavern using the stone, the transmogrification on ALL my items disappears completely.

Yesterday, after the updates, my sword's transmog reset twice, and this morning I logged in to find the sword hanging at my waist again instead of on my back... it's just laughable.

I have the same problem as half the people in the guild.

Auto-loot is enabled whether the option is checked in the launcher or not.

I have tried a WDB and WTF deletion. I have tried switching the option on in the launcher to see if it does the opposite (it does not). I have tried a completely fresh install after purging any and all elements of the game ...
