I still haven't received any answers regarding my ban. Can someone please give me an answer or some proof that I was doing anything illegal or prohibited? I logged in to play and it shows me as banned. Please answer me. I can't lose my gold, my items, my time because of a ban I didn't earn.

I tried to log in and it says I was banned, but they don't specify why. I'm a frequent player, I don't sell accounts, I play for fun, and I'm banned unfairly? Seriously?
